If you want to attend one day and camp for one night you can add a camping ticket, which will allow you to camp on the evening of your purchased ticket. i.e. if you buy a Saturday only ticket & a camping bolt on you may camp on the Saturday night but you will not be allowed entry to the event on Friday or Sunday.
